Role Description:

• Responsible for ensuring goods are properly updated into system, ensuring landed costs are up and products are ready for release to outlets
• Prepare goods receive list as per supplier’s invoice
• Process Purchase Order for overseas suppliers
• Release goods to outlets for replenish stocks
• Update products’ expiry date and inform relevant departments
• Create new products from both house brands and suppliers in the system
• Calculate Landed Cost per order and updating stock status in the system
• Request & Monitor min max are inputted for new products and replenish stocks
• Prepare EAN barcode information for new products
• Feedback for any discrepancies when goods received
• Create adjustments for purchase order when require
• Clear outstanding purchase orders and sorting of documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties and/or projects assigned by the management

Role Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experienced in Product Management in retail industry is a bonus

The Job.

• Coordinate with marketing and sales to understand new/amended products that require registration in the respective SEA market(s).
• Liaise with distributors to understand the documents necessary to perform the registration with the food registration authorities in the respective SEA market(s).
• Coordinate with legal department to obtain the necessary sanitary registration documents.
• Communicate and coordinate with Marketing on registration required documents - Notification letters and product artworks
• Coordinate the flow of documents from legal department to distributor, follow up on the progress/ timeline to ensure registration completed before stocks produce"
• Register product through government online system, follow up the stats, ensure registration completed before stocks produce. Coordinate with Finance to make payment
• Communicate to Supply Chain and Marketing if there is risk of registration delayed and will affect the product launch
• Upkeeping of registration certifications documentation
• Monitor and follow-up on Group's certifications (Product registration, Halal certification, Factory Licenses)
• Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of key information assets, and only disseminating to the necessary parties
• Review and analyse on production alignment on product first production request VS demand/supply planning requests VS plant actual production planning
