Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage a suite of wealth management products including mutual funds, bonds, structured products, and FX.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product offerings are competitive, compliant, and align with client needs.
• Monitor product performance and implement enhancements based on market trends and client feedback.
• Provide personalized investment advice to Accredited Investor clients in the Priority Banking segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments to optimize investment strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the investment landscape.
• Analyze financial data and create reports to support investment decisions and product development.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry developments affecting wealth management.
• Assist the sales team with product knowledge, sales strategies, and client presentations.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for relationship managers and other staff on product features and benefits.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective product positioning and client engagement.

Compliance, Risk & Control

• Ensure all products and investment strategies comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and manage risks associated with wealth management products and services.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain a high standard of compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• The successful candidate has strong academic qualifications and over 5 years of work experience in Wealth Management with a proven track record of Products and Investment Specialist (Priority/Premier banking)
• Completion Certification CACS and licenses
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills to be able to work individually as well as to collaborate with stakeholders to meet the needs of these clients
• Highly driven and possess the ability to succeed within a challenging environment
• Outgoing disposition, well-equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Down to earth and resilient individual with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset who is able to work independently and in a strong team environment
• Highly driven to excel and be able to thrive within a challenging environment by effectively recognizing customers' personal banking and wealth management needs
• Speaking Bahasa Indonesia is preferably
