Responsibilities:

• Prepare buffers and media for drug substance manufacturing in compliance with GMP standards.
• Participate in and execute production projects, ensuring timely completion of production plans.
• Maintain and complete production records in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Assist in the drafting, revision, and improvement of SOPs, URS, PQ, and other relevant documentation.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering, or related specialties, or equivalent work experience.
• Experienced in biopharma manufacturing process, including buffer / media preparation work.
• Understanding of the DS manufacturing process with strong GMP and compliance awareness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to handle stress.

Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Strong Mainframe experience • Must have strong skills and exposure in JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM and JCL.

• Experience in OPC scheduler and Batch support.

• Develop tools to improve data flows between internal/external systems and the data lake/warehouse.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs for data structure, availability, scalability, and accessibility.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of experience in data warehousing using RDBMS and Non-RDBMS databases
• At least 3+ years of experience in handling support & production issues.
• Professional experience working in an agile, dynamic and customer facing environment.
• Must understand distributed systems and cloud technologies (AWS).
• Good to have experience with large scale datasets, data lake and data warehouse technologies such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake etc.
• Must have experience in ETL (AWS Glue), Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Lambda, Apache Airflows, Amazon Step Functions.
• Experience with full SDLC lifecycle and Lean or Agile development methodologies.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Providing 24x7 application L2 support at Client location (Bank Local IT team)
2. Coordination with Operations team for any issues encountered in the application or interfaces of the application
3. Working on complex tickets after analyzing the COBOL Code and providing updates on RCA/Fix to L3 team
4. Maintaining the customer KPIs as per contract, Monthly Governance meeting preparation and presentation
5. Participating and owning various events such as Disaster recovery, Certificate renewal, Infrastructural migration, regulatory reporting to customer etc.
6. Design & develop micro services-based application.
7. Write Unit Test suites and BDD.
8. Perform Code reviews, Debugging & troubleshooting
