Required Qualifications

3. knowledge of IPC 620 or 610 a plus.
4. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
5. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
6. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Job Description:

1. On-hand assembly of wire harness assemblies/sub-modules assemblies using hand-tools and production equipment provided.

2. Set-up and maintenance of equipment and tools.

3. Assemble according to work instructions,picture aid and drawings provided.

4. Assist in component material knitting.

5. Assist Engineer in assigned task.

6. Other adhoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Minimum higher-NITEC education in any generic manufacturing/electrical and electronics/ mechanical/ mechatronic discipline.

2. Experience in wire-harness and box-build assembling will be advantageous.

3. Able to read technical drawings.

4. No color blindness.

5. Able to work independently with discipline.

6. Have teamwork and is committed.

7. Able to cooperate on overtime arrangement.

8. On-job-training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• In-charge of Production Equipment Uptime and Maintenance, doing Repair & Service.
• At all time, follow Operation, Quality & Safety regulations, while maintaining the Equipment.
• Check Equipment hardware, socket and handler device setup at start of shift.
• Troubleshooting for the Handler when alarm occurs. (Site jam, device missing, machine overheat, machine timeout, double tray…etc).
• Write down record per shift and report to the Operation Supervisors.
• Monitor the Equipment/Handler performance for highest performance.
• Change the hardware with preventive maintenance team when necessary.
• Set-up. (Alignment, maintains down sites, change Device setup, adjust offset…)
• Check & verification of the traveller data is correct (step by step).
• Follow OJT & SPEC procedures to perform the required tasks
• House keeping at end of shift, and teamwork with operation to ensure quality & safety.
• Handle other Backend Equipment/Tools to support Production.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Prior hands-on experience in Test Production manufacturing (i.e. mechanical/electrical, troubleshooting) (Tester, Handler and Final Test Backend Equipment/Tools)
• Able to demonstrate good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in either a Semiconductor Final Testing Environment or Manufacturing industry
• Willing to work in Cleanroom environment
• Able to perform a 8 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), or
• Able to perform a 12 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), when business needs.
