RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement all aspects of planning and operations relating to the realisation of exhibitions and other projects, as well as, care of artwork collections
• Organise and develop a full project life cycle project plans for the production management activities, including overseeing workflow, budget & costs management, timeline setting, project administration and exhibition set up and maintenance, logistics, design, fabrication and artwork/project installation for local and travelling exhibitions / projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Analysing and managing project risk, monitoring progress and taking corrective measures
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Responsible and manage day to day maintenance of museum displays
• Manage physical facilities for exhibitions and projects, including gallery spaces, art handling areas and exhibition stores

Job Objectives

Key Responsibilities

· The Production Support person is responsible for managing the Enterprise Data Management including web GUI, SQL database and Tectia SFTP batch scripts.

· Work in the Production support team; Provide front-line support for incoming issues to ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues, queries and projects

· Adopt standard Incident and Problem Management workflow and processes, i.e. timely ticket, defect and incident loggings, proper change management process, and quality issue/impact emails

· Actively manage all incidents and issues to proper closure – escalate issues as appropriate to necessary teams and management

· Analyse, document and track all actions taken throughout the lifecycle of the issue including decisions made, successful and unsuccessful actions taken, and final steps executed for resolution. The Contingent Workforce Management team is responsible for ByteDance's Policy formulation and system construction related to contingent workforce worldwide, providing comprehensive contingent workforce solutions to help business compliance and efficient use of contingent workforce resources.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contingent workforce management system development, including functions like recruitment, budget planning, onboarding and offboarding, billing, supplier performance management, data analysis dashboard, etc. Work with businesses to understand business requirements and engineering teams to design the system and manage the projects;
