Job Description
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences through thoughtful design and collaboration with cross-functional teams. In addition to your design responsibilities, you will also play a key role in product management, helping to shape product strategy and prioritize features. You will define user flows, create mockups and prototypes, and ensure design ideas are executed seamlessly. Your ability to articulate your design and product decisions clearly will be essential in driving alignment across teams and ensuring that both design and product goals are met.
- Design User Flows, Low & High-Fidelity Mockups, and Prototypes: Create user flows and both low- and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Communicate Design Decisions Fluently: Clearly explain the rationale behind your design choices and user flows to stakeholders, ensuring a transparent and collaborative design process.
- Create High-Fidelity Mockups & Prototypes: Develop detailed mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
- Foster Continuous Learning: Share design knowledge, insights, and industry best practices with the team, contributing to a culture of growth and innovation.
- Conceptualize & Design Visual Materials: Develop creative concepts for various visual assets, including user interfaces, marketing collateral (brochures, posters, presentations), and other design materials.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design outputs, ensuring visual consistency across both product and marketing materials.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating user flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and UI/UX designs.
- Experience in product management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and processes effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively with designers, developers, and product managers.
- Familiarity with marketing collateral design is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics, with the ability to ensure brand consistency across various design projects.
