Responsibilities:

· To be part of the Regional Team to plan, manage and develop MIMS healthcare online platform.

· Working closely with tech team, marketing team, customer service, and content team, plan user growth plan for our online platform.

· Working closely with the tech team and project managers, plan and manage new feature or updated feature development.

· Understand service and business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

· Research and understand competitor landscape and feed it to product planning.

· Support incoming enquiries from internal teams, e.g. sales support, customer service, about MIMS.com and its capabilities.

· Plan and setup both short and long-term strategy and tactics for MIMS online platform.

Create and maintain product specification document.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Required

· Minimum 4 years hands-on working experience as a web application product manager.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience on product development planning with active utilization of RICE framework.

· Experience planning UIUX improvement and new value adding function planning working with the UIUX designers.

· 4+ years of experience working in online service company and have completed at least 3 full project life cycle of medium to large size web-based public facing application development (5 or more project members, 100K sessions/month or more traffic).

Ability to write and maintain good technical documentation.

· Entrepreneur mindset, e.g. willing to try something new, being resilient with conflicts and moving in an outcome oriented manner.

· Able to work independently as well as in a team (composed of members from various departments, e.g. marketing, project manager, software developer, sales support, customer support, etc.)

· Possess good communication skills in English

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, Marketing or another related field.

Added Value

· Hands-on and working experience in website /mobile app development project management. Have understanding and working experience on the holistic development process such as requirement gathering, specification defining, effort estimation, implementation, testing, release planning, and post launch follow-up.

· Experience as a web application software engineer. (Public facing service)

· Experience on digital marketing along with several of the digital marketing and associated tools, e.g. Google analytics, digital Ads, search console, email platform, google tag manager, AB Test tool, chatbot, UI heatmap visualizer, Google looker studio

· Experience on healthcare related online service.

You will be trusted to handle the following duties:

• Edit and encode media content to meet required specifications, guidelines and delivery formats
• Process and synchronize subtitles for video contents
• Complete other related tasks as assigned by the management

We are looking for candidate who are:

• ITE or Diploma holders in media, multimedia, film or relevant field are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, SoundForge
• Working knowledge in editing software such as TMPGEnC, Reaper, or similar is a plus
• Working knowledge of Subtitle Edit is a plus
• Experience in creating showreel is a plus
• Good eye for details
• Strong time management and teamwork skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin in order to liaise and communicate with Chinese business associates
• Guidance will be provided to onboard smoothly

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Role: The Video Editor is responsible for managing the video editing team and creating the final cut by assembling the raw recorded materials and other files.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other production teams to understand requirements and communicate the intended creative vision for production.
• Digitally cut all the files and puts them in a narrative sequence that follows that script and screenplay - refining the edited footages based on inputs from the creative leadership teams and to do all final checks of the video formats and backups to ensure all videos are saved.
• Be proficient in other areas of video editing - colour grading where required to digitally manipulate and correct the colours in the footages to accentuate the visual elements in the footages or online editing.
• The working environment is primarily indoors in a video editing studio; however, he may be required to travel depending on the production requirements.
• Be proficient in using more than 1 video editing software.
• Maintain a good rapport with his team and be able to provide creative direction during the video editing process.
• Be attentive and diligent in the storage and editing of the various versions of content.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or its equivalent.
• Experience on non-linear editing system.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of TV production and practical/current knowledge of non-linear editing.
• Sound knowledge of file and video formats and mastering techniques.
• Able to suggest alternative production techniques to optimize equipment usage.
• Creative, technically inclined and able to work well under pressure.
• Be prepared to work irregular shift hours and public holidays.
