Our Client is a leader in the Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Executive (Planning) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly sales forecasts and MRP plans.
• Issue purchase orders and filling documents.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
• Verify that invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents match purchase orders and contain accurate information.
• Schedule deliveries, considering stock readiness, documentation, shipping lead times, and customs clearance.
• Support planners in the goods receipt process, addressing warehousing issues, billing checks, and trimming activities.
• Obtain quotes for import and export shipments.
• Update the shipment tracking and monitoring file promptly.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
