Job Scope:

· Perform real time monitoring and response within 30 mins (contractual)

· Perform 1st level of troubleshoot to allow resolution of the ticket within contractual duration.

· Assignment of Incident to the resolver party

· Handle ad-hoc user account creation

· Compile monthly report for Customer reviewMonitor proper functioning of Data Centre facilities, including DC temperature and humidity monitoring system, smoke detection and fire suppression systems, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units, CCTV, keypress units, etc.

· Ensure proper security controls of Data Centre are in place at all times, including to ensure authorised access to Data Centre, review of visitor logs, etc.

· Maintain Data Centre inventory level, including registering incoming and outgoing IT hardware and accessories.

· Support Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and related activities.

· Responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT major incidents 24x7 to resolve the incidents as soon as possible and/or within SLA

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Center Operations Support

· Thorough knowledge of Data Center Operations with strong knowledge of Operations methodology. Experience in eye-ball checking of system faults and failures

· Good technical knowledge on Data Centre monitoring tools.

· Possess an in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure technology and components for installation

· Ready to work on 8 hours/12 hours rotating shift patterns
