Job Description:

- Able to lead, train and coach team member

- Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule

- Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product

- Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines

- Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse

- Create, maintain and update the SAP system

- ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance

- Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation

- Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule

- Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Requirements:

• Secondary level or equivalent
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment (wear jumpsuit).
• Knowledge in GMP and cleanroom operations will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to support overtime and willing to perform the rotating shift.
• Able to work independently.

Job Description :

* Need to run the Food Packing Machine in full flow

* Need to Carry out the repairs and fix the packing machine to make it ready for the operation

* Need to service the machine regularly and submit the weekly & monthly reports

* Need to work in flexible rotation shifts

Job Requirements :

* Valid Class 3 Driving License preffered

* Singapore Work Experience Preffered

• Understand culinary procedures for local cuisine like; Mixed Rice, Bee Hoon, Roasted Duck Rice, Chicken Rice, Western Food or Fish Ball Noodles, etc

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of the sales plan to determine and plan future production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to coordinate and monitor production output performance, ensuring alignment with delivery and quality requirements.
• Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production.
• Assists in expediting and prioritizing work orders.
• Handling production disruptions and productivity problems.
• Participate in monthly cycle counts to verify and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery of both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Execute administrative tasks related to planning and support ad hoc tasks.
• Assist in facilitating the digitalization transition for the planning team.
• Evaluate new vendors and existing vendors.
• Able to learn purchase administration and PO processing.
• Compile quotations from vendors
• Assist in the monitor and moving up customer orders on a daily basis
• Assist the liaise with Company's purchasing department in revising the production plan to meet customers' requests and demands
• Liaise and issue purchase orders to suppliers, and monitor suppliers' delivery in order to meet assembly production deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum NTC 2 or NTC 3 in Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain or its equivalent
• Able to work in a team
• Meticulous and have an eye for details
• Able to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Able to perform overtime when necessary
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness.

Working hours: 8 am to 5.15pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities and Authorities

Operation

• Lead the team in day-to-day operation to achieve operation goals.
• Handle shopfloor resources (workforce, machine, and materials) to meet daily operation plan.
• Plan and schedule weekly work order according to customer demand.
• Responsible to report out team performance and provide timely resolution on disruptions to shopfloor operation.
• Establish strategy and standardize processes to enable team to achieve department objectives. Translate annual department objectives into specific team and individual performance goals including important metrics, and to review them regularly. Conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective action promptly when goals are not met.
• Plan and strategize the movement of WIP (Work in Progress) and scheduled activities for maximum efficiency, minimum idle time and maintain cell linearity balancing.
• Handle employee relations and establish a psychological safe environment.
• Review cross team support to fulfill production build plans.
• Support department and cross team activities that delivers consistently high-quality products and services in a safe and efficient manner.
• Responsible for all aspects of an emergency response (role of SIC) which includes developing incident objectives and handling the incident action plans.

Develop Capabilities

• Work with Manager to identify and build relevant skills and capability within team.
• Work with peers to improve team flexibility through cross training.
• Develop training plan for team including induction, on-the-job training, and certification.
• Develop, support and mentor team by giving timely and constructive feedback to empower employee to have higher/more responsibilities.

Quality

• Conduct Gemba with purpose to identify problems and area of improvements and take timely action to address them.
• Ensure safety, operation procedures, subject area and 5S are closely observed and adhered to across WLP operation, complying to site’s EH&S and QMS policies/guidelines.
• Participate/conduct and communicate manufacturing safety risk assessment.
• Ensure documentation, data, and inventory accuracies.

Qualification

• Degree in any engineering, chemistry field, fresh graduates can apply.
• Diploma with any engineering, chemistry field more than 5 years experience

Experience

• 1 to 5 years’ experience in supervisory position, preferably in Instrument assembly process environment
• More than 5 years’ experience in shopfloor manufacturing planning will be considered.
