• Solid digital and mixed-signal programming experience on ATE using C++/VB language and scripting
• Automate test process by writing software scripts to improve work efficiency.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical/electronics)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry
• Knowledge and hands on experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment – Teradyne J750.
• Experience on Advantest T2K, Advantest 93K, UltraFlex, Chroma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ATE Test Programming principles, preferablywith experience in Digital and Mixed signal testing
• Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++, VB, PERL, Python etc.
• Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Plans for production which includes releasing of work orders and ensuring on-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirements
• Works closely with purchasing and warehouse/logistics groups to ensure on-time receipt, delivery of materials and finished goods shipments
