Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage production staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Coordinate daily production activities and allocate resources effectively.
• Understand production schedules and prioritize production sequence - Packaging materials and Raw materials
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Prefer with experience of CGMP, HACCP or ISO Standards
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
• Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and execution of production plans to meet customer demands.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits and safety inspections and address any hazards or violations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Candidate with 4-5 years of hands-on experience and minimum of 2 years leading teams
• Basic Computer Knowledge and MS Office Knowledge
• Proficient in Mandarin and English as need to liaise daily with Mandarin and English speaking associates
• Experience in Food Manufacturing preferred
• Able to work interdependently with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
• IT Skills and experience in SAP / EWM or related ERP system will be an advantage

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to develop and execute regional and local Procurement and Supplier Strategies for specific spend categories within Region and in alignment with Global Category Manager (GCM), regional plants and markets. Establishing Cost optimization- and innovation management while considering Sourcing resilience to contribute to the bottom-line impact of the organization.
• Securing optimal internal customer support as well as procurement activities for direct material and services in order to guarantee smooth production and sales.
• Supports the compliance of procurement processes and -policy enforcement within assigned area of responsibility. An important focus lies on a professional interaction with Suppliers in respect of compliance which includes our strong commitment to fulfill environmental, health and sustainability criteria.
• Developing and executing professional sourcing strategies for the assigned spend categories within regional scope and/or local as well as executing constant market observation on price, supplier, market product development and innovation. Align strategy with global category manager for global spend categories.

Requirements :

• Degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical
• >5 years’ experience in a similar position and industry
• Experience in Strategic Procurement
