Trucks Pre-Arrival Checks:

Job Description

• Lead an operation team in daily food preparation and ready meal production
• Translate new customer requirement to product designs and specifications
• Develop processes to produce required quality products
• Plan production to ensure customer demands are met
• Innovate processes to improve productivity and outputs
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification

• Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent
• Min 3 years working experience in food manufacturing industries or industrial central kitchen
• In-depth understanding of food technologies and large scale processing equipment
• Good communication and writing skills for idea presentation and document preparation

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

Ensuring GMP standards & safety regulations are met; overseeing Housekeeping

Determining Quality Control standards

Overseeing Production processes to ensure high productivity and minimises material wastage

Manage & Evaluate machine resources to ensure Productivity & minimal downtime

Maintenance of Production equipment / Organising repair & maintenance

Schedules Planning for employees to ensure optimum staffing level

Provide timely & accurate Production Report

Establish workflow policies that enhance speed & efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity

Supervising the work of Junior Staff / Organising relevant training sessions • Any other duties assigned by Management

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field and / or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work in a team

• Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills, interpersonal and leadership capabilities • Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset

• Able to multi-task

• Able to lead a team of foreign workers
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good house-keeping
• Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient manner
• Supervise, manager & coordinate the activities at project site.
• Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work.
• Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works;
• Manage the site progress which includes attending site meeting and discussion;
• Undertake any ad-hoc project assignments as and when assigned.
