• Perform day to day operations and supply of utilities (eg Electricity, Water, Air Conditioning) to
• support company operations
• Take charge of operations and maintenance of facilities related equipment and system such as
• Chilled Water System, ACMV, Electrical, Building Maintenance System (BMS), CCTV, Barrier and
• Access Control System (ACS)
• Carry out electrical (415V and 6.6kV circuit breaker/switchgear) and mechanical (valves) isolations
• for maintenance work to be carried out
• Coordinate with various vendors and company Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) to perform plant
• power shutdown maintenance
• Work with production users on facilities related repairs, enhancement works and renovation
• projects.
• Work with management on facilities equipment upgrading and replacement works.
• Attend to faults and complaints from users and perform initial investigations and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Min Degree Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant working experiences in manufacturing/semicon company
• Good technical skills in Electrical Facilities
• Able to work in a team.
