Introduction to the Role:

We are seeking a Middleware Production Support Engineer to provide 24/7 operations support from APAC & America regions following the sun model. There are currently 3 Middleware teams providing support from USA, Singapore, and India to cover 24/7, 365 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing L2/L3 Middleware support for operations for Global Payments & Market data applications towards quick restoral to meet the payments and trade settlement cut off times/SLAs.

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Contract Manufacturing is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization.
