Our client is a leading semiconductor manufacturer and they are hiring for an assembly technician.

Responsibilities:

• Uses standard work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and both written and verbal instructions to assemble, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies and components.
• Conducts electro-mechanical assembly tasks, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Identifies and rectifies errors.

Job Summary:

1) Before testing the lots, operator request technician / Sr. Operator (Test) to countercheck the diagnostic to run the program.

2) Brings the Pass chip trays to the work bench for quantity check on each tray.

3) Collect the finished products separate the good chips and reject chips.

4) Complete the Error Code Collection Form at Low Yield.

5) Complete the Outgoing Inspection Checklist.

6) Count the materials QTY.

7) Double check inputted information.

8) Enter information on the corresponding fields using barcode scanner.

9) Inspect the outgoing materials for production.

10) Label the Reject/VISL chips and write down the number of bad chips.

11) Materials pack out. (Materials Strap, vacuum seal and stick a product label)

12) Materials Strap, vacuum seal and stick a product label when necessary.

13) Prepare and fill in the traveller.

14) Prepare and print out label.

15) Prepare the chips for OOBA.

16) Put tray and material on Handler.

17) Test operator clips a GREEN clip on each tray of passed chips and a RED clip on each tray of reject chips.

18) Verify the traveller information with the materials.

Job Requirements:

- 8 hours shift work (rotating day/night shift)

- Willing to work in cleanroom environment

- Basic English language skills (Able to read and write)

- Has manufacturing/fab experience

- 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.

Key Job responsibilities

- Performs machine & process setup

- Perform Troubleshooting and maintenance of wire bonder and die attach machines

- Maintain a good machine Uptime

- Ensure the quality product is manufactured on schedule within the customer’s requirement

- Work with Cross functional Departments to resolve safety, quality and productivity related issue and improvement.

- Manage the logistic for parts so as to sustain production line.

- Support any ad-hoc duties.

Required Experience :

- Processed basic technical knowledge in machine repair and troubleshooting.

- Minimum 2 year experience in mass production / engineering environment

- Preferably with 2 year hand on experience in repair and troubleshooting of following machines :

Esec Die Attach/wire bonder

ASM Die Attach/wire bonder

DISCO Wafer Saw

Qualification

- Diploma / Nitec/ ITE in mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to meet delivery schedule
• Coordinate different sections within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control
• Inform Production Manager to prevent the occurrence of any production shortfall with respect to the delivery schedule
• Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
• Analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issue and process improvement
• Evaluate and recommend processes improvement
• Conduct training for supervisor, technician and operator and ensure that all staffs adhere to safety rules
• Manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise
• Prepare and update all assigned reports
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent
• 1~ 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in managing a team of production operators and technicians
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods as and when necessary
• Ensure timely deliveries of parcels/goods to destinations
• Maintain your allocated vehicle by way of safety and pre-start checks, keeping tidy at all times.
• Adhere to safety compliance and regulations
• Any other duties as assigned by the manager
• Operate the crane safely for tree cutting

Requirement:

• Valid professional driver’s license for class 4
• Physically fit
• Minimum 5 -years working experience as Crane Lorry Driver
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
