Responsible for overall coordination with MS internal teams, MS contractors, etc. meeting deliverable milestone/timelines

1. Gather hardware requirements BOM (model, delivery dates etc.) from various IT teams.

2. Build up rack matrix / elevations and manage the same, based on the requirement from different silos.

3. Co-ordinate with the Datacenter vendors for the buildout of the DC space with respect to the Racks, Cabling installation.

4. Centralize all installation requests for different IT Teams. Co-ordinate with the teams for Raising Change Management request.

5. Work closely with different IT third party vendors for equipment delivery. Co-ordinate with the teams for Raise access request to service providers.

6. Physical rack and stacking of IT equipment (e.g. power connections, patching, iLO configuration) handover to different IT silos.

7. Knowledge on cabling, Panduit products

8. Update equipment inventory management system and rack elevations.

9. Coordinate and escort Telco carrier vendors for circuit installations. Witness testing.

10. Coordinate and supervise installation of MS cabling contractor, witness any cabling testing onsite testing

11. Prepare defect lists for different MS contractors and Service providers installation.

12. Centralize all decommission requests for different IT silos. Raising change management request.

13. Work with disposal vendors on equipment disposal, HDD degaussing and update store room inventory records

14. Provide weekly reporting on project construction status to regional team.

Responsibilities

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for implementing sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage the sourcing activities related to their assigned portfolio to maximize supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time) and support the business plan in the GeoUnit. 1. Production Support:

Responsible for/authorised to:

a) Responsible for daily operations of project, workshop and store functions.

JOB PURPOSE

As a member of the production shift team, the job holder will operate and monitor the chemical production activities in the plant, ensuring that the product is manufactured within set production schedule and to the required standards of quality in a safe, efficient, responsible and cost effective manner.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The job holder will report to the Shift Supervisor and his deputy working alongside with other chemical technicians.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Operate the different streams of the plant for their specific processes. Each of these processes comprises the following activities.

• Handover checks computerised and/or manual.
• Obtaining, following and completing process related documentation.
• Pre and post batch cleaning of vessels and lines.
• Pre batch checks.
• Charging vessels either manually or via a pump.
• Post charging checks and taking corrective action where necessary.
• Adjusting and monitoring process conditions as required to start the process.
• Monitoring process; both with computer and manually observing temperature, pressure, flow, pH, volume, colour, moisture content and adjusting the parameters accordingly.
• Carrying out routine sampling and Bulk packing and testing of samples as required.
• Recognise end point of the reaction and altering process parameter to stop reaction.
• Transferring product to the next stage.

1. Comply with HSE and quality policies and defined procedures. Bring out unsafe conditions and acts / procedures for correction.
2. Record all operational and analytical data on the appropriate documents and inform the Shift Supervisor of any process abnormalities.
3. Maintain product separation and accurate labelling of all documents, bags and vessels at all times.
4. Carry out routine checks and scheduled cleaning procedures including cleanrooms.
5. Request and collect raw materials and consumables, observe clean areas procedures, monitor raw materials stock and notify Shift Supervisor for any abnormalities.
6. Notify Shift Supervisor of requirements for maintenance. Prepare equipment before maintenance work e.g. depressurizing, cleaning of lines and equipment, de-energizing, LOTO etc.
7. Perform basic maintenance of equipment using tools such as TPM.
8. At the Shift Supervisor's request, to carry out on-the-job training of other Chemical Technicians, incorporating cGMP and safety procedures.
9. To observe cGMP and Health & Safety rules and regulations at work at all times in accordance with Company set standards.
10. To be aware of the potentially hazardous nature of the chemicals in the area and must take the appropriate precautions when using them.
11. Maintain housekeeping of the plant and provide suggestions for improvements.
12. To operate ancillary facilities e.g. water system, tank farms, solvent recovery etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Chemical Processing or related
• Must be prepared to work shifts.
• Must be resourceful, conscientious, dedicated and a good team player.
• Adequate formal and on-the-job training on the chemical processes will be given.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Use of process control systems for operation of plant equipment
• Operation of manufacturing equipment such reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers etc
• Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness and condition of cleanroom facility
• Implement cleaning and changeover of equipment
• Apply GMP in manufacturing processes
• Manage materials and materials flow according to established SOP and BRS

Responsibilities

1. Seek and interpret inputs from across the organization to build a demand plan that will drive operational activity in line with the business objectives.

2. Manage the production plan and process operation in the plant.

3. Develop requirement plans for tollers to ensure the tolling plants is operating in line with Afton’s planned requirements.

4. Manage the import and/or export of components or products to support the demand plan activities in other regions.

5. Manage inventory levels within target ranges for key materials and key locations. The aim is to have adequate material to maintain supply without increasing working capital costs to an unacceptable level.

6. Maintain understanding of short term & medium-term capacity availability and constraints. This is so that related enquiries arising from the supply, business and logistics teams can be addressed (in co-ordination with the Regional Marketing Manager/Global Business Manager) in a clear, accurate and responsive manner.

7. Respond to changes in plan in a timely manner. In addition to updating the demand plan and material movement requirements, this should also include highlighting likely impact of these changes to the business team. This is to ensure that the impact of these changes is understood across the Regional/Global teams.

8. Where required, participate in regional S&OP meetings. This will include providing reports on plans, inventory/capacity outlook, actions associated with product transitions and new product introductions. The aim is to use the meeting to communicate the demand plan and seek input and validation.

9. Collaborate with planners in one’s own region and other regions to ensure coordination of material requirements and shared global resources (such as plant capacity) and develop best practice procedures.

10. Be aware of, and support where necessary, other Supply operations within the region to ensure that Planning activities are aligned with Logistics and Procurement objectives.

11. Support Inventory and other ad-hoc reporting for both Demand and Supply Planning.

12. Support company quality and safety systems through day-to-day activities and via formal feedback mechanism.
