As the Manufacturing Production Planner, you'll plan, coordinate, organize and supervise the production plans. You'll ensure that the goods and services are provided to the customers according to the orders received. You will have an eye at the established deadlines, costs and quality level.

As a Manufacturing Production Planner, you will be responsible for:

· Managing master planning, material processes, systems, preparing and updating production schedules as per-purchasing needs.

· Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.

· Optimizing inventory and process improvements.

· Being responsible for data and information exchange with supporting functions - sales, engineering, and maintenance.

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent.

· Have at least 3 years planning experience in manufacturing or supply chain sector.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production orders in accordance with demand and available resources.
• Sequence the planned orders on the line using Quintiq Advanced planning and scheduling tool (APS) and monitor production schedules in WFS.
• Should be able to estimate and control Production capacity.
• Monitor raw materials inventory to ensure smooth production.
• Monitor production schedule to meet on-time delivery.
• Periodically report the performance of planning and production.
• Create and maintain Bill Of Materials (BOM), Routings, Production version & Product cost estimation in SAP.
• Liaise and coordinate with cross functional departments related to materials on hold in production and other planning related issues.
• Co-ordinate with maintenance department to get the monthly preventive maintenance plan.
• Participate in MRB meetings to support in taking decision of on-hold materials.
• Create & Maintain Planning procedure for his/her respective area.
• Participate in planning process improvements and other lean activities.

Requirements

• Must have Diploma or Degree in Industrial engineering or supply chain management or any related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning preferably in the metal fabrication or cold rolling mill
• Strong knowledge in SAP Production Planning module and MES systems
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• The candidate is expected to be highly flexible and must have a desire to take up multiple functions in all areas of Production Planning.
• Candidate should possess strong interest in process improvement.

Job Duties:

• Operate machinery and equipment for tasks such as slicing, portioning, and deshelling seafood products according to quality standards
• Conduct rigorous quality checks on processed seafood products to guarantee compliance with established quality standards

We have a great opportunity for Biotechnologist to join our Manufacturing Central Operations group at our Tuas site in Singapore. Reporting to the Section Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions.

You will be working in 12-hour rotating shift in a 2-2 3-2 2-3 pattern and will be compensated with shift premium and allowances!

Key responsibilities:

• Learn and perform well-defined procedures within a GMP manufacturing setting
• Perform equipment monitoring & and basic 6S housekeeping
• Perform basic laboratory tasks (e.g. sampling, pH/ conductivity/ osmolality measurements etc.)
• Perform routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility standards
• Trained & signed off on Performance Measures (PMs) relating to CIP/ SIP/ basic tank & instrument operations
• Demonstrate aseptic technique in the handling of product/ materials
• Perform basic process & equipment troubleshooting
• Multi-task on equipment preparations & operations to ensure adherence to schedule
• Attain full competency in the performance of all operations relevant to manufacturing areas assigned.
• Display basic process & equipment troubleshooting ability under routine scenarios.
• Become a technical process expert by exhibiting basic understanding of critical process/operational parameters and target/acceptable ranges, as well as interactions between different process parameters.

• Able to identify the correct materials by part number and FEFO lots.
• Select appropriate Dispensing Booths/Hoods and Weight balance.
• Identify sampling requirements based on material RMS.
• Assemble Autoclave assembly per SOP.
• Able to perform equipment wash without stains and residues.

Solutions Preparations

• Enhanced knowledge of the different setup and equipment use between customers for different operations, e.g.: CIPs and buffer/media transfer
• Able to identify and lead the installation of the different set up and equipment for different customers for different operations, e.g.: CIPs and buffer/media transfer
• Understand the criticality of setting up the right path and equipment for different customers
• In depth knowledge of the different set up and the equipment use between single use and the conventional stainless steel equipment
• Able to formulate plans for executing CIPs to meet different customers requirement, e.g., the CIPs of the HTST.

Key requirements:

• Diploma/NITEC in a related Science/Engineering discipline or some relevant work experience in a similar industry
• Knowledge of Biopharmaceutical processing is not essential, but an added asset
• Knowledge of cGMP applications

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Biochemical Manufacturing Department by working effectively within the group to meet department goals and objectives.
• Responsible for completing assigned tasks which may include preparing small equipment, cleaning and sterilizing vessels, preparing solutions,monitoring and operation biochemical processing equipment, raw materialssampling, dispensing and environmental monitoring sampling and maintain housekeeping of the areas while adhering to Safety, cGMP and Biochemical Manufacturing guidelines.
