Responsibilities

• Work closely with Supply Chain various department on daily operation matters
• Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to support production schedule
• Production scheduling & backlog management
• Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.
• Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.
• Ensure timely delivery of material to support the plant's operation and customer's shipment demands.
• Analyze and close monitoring of excess and obsolete inventory
• Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.
• Work closely with sub-con on the delivery arrangements to meet our customer request.
• Ensure planning activities and procedures are in compliance with the company's ISO 14001/9001.
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of experience.
• SAP Planning experience is an added advantage.
• Production & material planning related experience.
• Resourceful, team player, self-motivated and positive personality
• Good communications skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet a tight deadline

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production department.
• Lead and supervise a team of production supervisors and operators.
• Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Monitor and maintain production flow and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or it's equivalent
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Able to lead a team
