Brief scope of work:
- Oversee all cleaning activities for various clients to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure that staff, equipment, and materials are efficiently used, minimizing waste while maximizing productivity.
- Provide leadership and direction to cleaning staff and supervisors, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and adhering to schedules.
- Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for all cleaning assigments, optimizing labor costs while maintaining service quality.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met and implement corrective action where necessary.
- Maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing concerns, conducting regular check-ins, and ensuring thier satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Investigate and resolve any customer or staff complaints related to cleaning operations.
- Reporting to Operations Head.
