Scope of Work:

• Vacuuming and mopping of floor
• Spot cleaning of glass panels, doors and windows
• Upkeep of office workstation cleanliness
• Maintain meeting rooms and pantry cleanliness
• Serving of drinks to guests and management staff
• Clearing of waste disposal bins
• Collection of mails from letterbox

Brief scope of work:

• Manage site of about 7-8 cleaners i.e. deployment matters
• Perform hands on cleaning work
• Perform regular cleaning inspections
• Provide guidance to cleaners on cleaning tasks
• Plan & execute periodic cleaning schedule
• Conduct daily attendance check ins & outs
• Attend to client feedback / incidents promptly and professionally
• Take before-after photos of completed cleaning
• Provide customer with regular updates on completion of cleaning task / schedule
• Report to Operations Executive / Manager on administrative matters promptly

We are looking for casual labourers to join our team at Serangoon condominum.

The role involves general labour duties, including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance, and assisting with various tasks as required.

Requirments:

• Medically and physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
• Reliable, responsible and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude
• No prior experience required

Compesation:

• $80 per day on weekdays
• $100 per day on weekends

Workinng Hours:

• Flexible, as required
