Job Description

• Assist Director/Managers / Executives / Senior Technician to manage Reefertec overall Technical Operations (PSA & EKCA)
• Attend Safety Inspection/Toolbox Meeting (both PSA / EK)
• Trouble shoots all malfunction empty and laden refrigerator containers.
• Perform Pre-Trip Inspection PTI – Empty Reefer containers for Shipping Lines.
• Perform maintenance and repair in the Reefer Yards and also on board vessel
• Perform Connection and disconnection of Reefer Cables in the Reefer Yards and on board the vessels
• Liase with Customers in PSA plus all leased reefer units on/off hiring at EK Depots
• Updating of HHT or PSA MNR / e-Depot systems whenever repairs / work done.
• Plug / Unplug of ARM Data Cables
• Trouble shooting all Empty Reefer units at EK Depots and PSA Depots
• Responsible for systematic updating of reefer data into Lines and PSA systems
• Other duties assigned by the Company or Management
• Preferably with Manual Driving Class 3 License.

-12 hour shifts: 7:30am to 7:30pm (day shift) and 7:30pm to 7:30am (night shift) - 4Days Workweek

Job Description

• Perform assembly, repairing and reworking of printed board & hardware assemblies.
• Assist Engineer in conducting tests in-door, and occasional outdoor.
• Operate test equipment, training to be provided.
• Assist Facility Manager in management and maintenance of equipment and facility.
• Assist Engineer to source for components/parts.
• Generate simple test plans and test reports.

Requirements

• 1-2 year working experience (soldering skill), preferably with IPC certifications like IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 or IPC-7711/7721
• Possess good communication skills.
• Possess good teamwork and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
