Brief Description & Role
This position is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing RF components and systems. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of RF equipment, ensuring that all devices meet the required specifications and standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing of RF devices, nodules, and systems to verify their performance, functionality and compliance with industry standards.
- Ability to read and understand circuit schematics, layout and diagrams.
- Able to perform RF tests, analyze test data and produce detailed reports outlining findings, and recommendation for improvements.
- Maintain and operate various RF Test equipment like Spectrum Analysers, Vector Network Analyser (VNA), signal generators, noise figure measurement etc..
- To perform failure analysis and debugging PCBs to component level.
Requirements
· Diploma /Bachelor in Electronics or Communication Engineering, or equivalence
· Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in a product-based electronics manufacturing environment / product development.
Skills, Experiences & Knowledge
· Experience in automating test and measurements using bench test equipment.
· Knowledge of programming software in C, C#, Python or LabView.
· Experience with PCB design software
· Experience in antenna parameter measurement
· Preferably with soldering experience
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
