Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining mechanical and electronic components in accordance with company standards and specifications. This role is crucial in ensuring product quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Handling of cables, wire harnessing and panel wiring
- Provide site installation, machine power on & IO checks
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with engineers and quality assurance teams to improve assembly processes and product quality.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Crimping & Soldering skills
- Basic troubleshooting & EE knowledge
