Key accountabilities
Technical Support Function:
- Assures the technical operational support to the projects signed under LTSS contracts
- Becomes a mentor for our team working in the depots through the wide knowledge in Railways System
- Analyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them
- Main contributor to CBM application for the main systemes - brakes, coupler, VAC, converter
- Leader in electronic maintenance activities including repair in house or by external vendors
- Analyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimise the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals
- Contributor and approver of root cause analysis reports and Engg change request towards SMRT/LTA
- Contribute to the promotion of the diagnosis tool (HealthHub)
- Support reliability Eng
- Quality, Environment, Safety and Health normative accomplishment
Manager:
- Manages and develops the Fleet Support Centre team
- Takes responsibility for QCD targets and deliverables of the Centre
Performance measurements
- QCD targets according to Project
- Project reliability / availability / cost targets
- Maintenance plan improvement
- Feedback from stakeholders
