• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the catering kitchen.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with kitchen equipment promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce the risk of equipment failure and extend the lifespan of kitchen appliances.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment logs, service reports, and compliance documentation

Requirements:

• At least NITEC in relevant technical field
• Possess basic computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Working hours: 6 days work week rotating shift work including overnight
• Location: Changi

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining material handling equipment, forklifts, tractors, and various systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and basic repair tasks.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring a seamless operations by preventing equipment breakdowns within the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field
• Experience in handling and maintaining warehouse equipment is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work in harsh environments, such as cold rooms, high humidity, wet conditions, and at heights.
• 6 days work week, rotating shift including overnight
• Working location: Changi
