• Monitor and analyse equipment performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Tape and Reel experience in wafer level and knowledge on vision system is preferred.

Job Description

• Responsible to operate and maintain facilities systems such as Central Chiller System, BMS, Electrical Systems, HVAC (cleanroom and non-cleanroom area), Fire Protection & Detection, Cleanroom System (CDA, PV, PCW, FFU, Dry Coil and AHU), RODI, and Waste Treatment Plant.
• Responsible for attending to any facility works and M&E installations, including coordination with contractors on repair works.
• Performs in-house servicing of cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, FFU, filter cleaning & replacement, strainers, and other HVAC equipment.
• Prepare and provide daily & monthly reports.
• Assist engineer in consolidating all the service reports.
• Assist engineer to manage contract vendors to carry out equipment maintenance schedule.
• Performs other tasks as maybe assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in related field with working knowledge in cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance of assigned testers & probers platform.
• Ensure equipment is in production condition with minimum downtime and running at yield specified.
• Responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting of daily equipment downtime.

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily hardware maintenance of sockets, nests, pins etc.
• Support incoming and outgoing hardware check, and production hardware release/obsolete.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to effectively manage released hardware.
• Responsible for effective hardware and Probe Card maintenance and repair.
• Support daily operational needs such as tracking of consumables inventory and re-ordering.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in Hardware Maintenance especially load boards, sockets, change kits and probe cards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Good planning and organization ability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing the defined ESD protective measures and conducting ESD Quarterly Audit.
• Ensure that all non-conformances found during the audit have been rectified and closed prior to publishing the audit report in the ESD Control System.
• Develop ESD training materials and train personnel in ESD programs and procedures.
• Perform product qualification activities for new items / materials to be used inside the production floor.

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year relevant experience in semiconductor industry
• Knowledge in auditing and ANSI/ESD S20.20 is an advantage
