Monday – Friday, 5-day work week
Office location: 47 Jalan Buroh, Singapore 619491 (Company transport provided - Yishun/Sembawang/Admiralty/Bukit Panjang/Bukit Gombak/Lakeside MRT)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for facilities upkeep and maintenance.
- Manage the appointed contractors and review service contracts.
- Ensure that vendors cover all their servicing items as scheduled.
- Plan and carry out facilities maintenance works and comply with safety requirements.
- Coordinate fire drills with Building Facilities team.
- Conduct investigations of accidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Act as Safety Officer and ensure compliance to regulatory Act.
- Other facilities duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities Management or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Registered Fire Safety Manager or WSHA officer
- Preferably with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
