Job Scope:

Job Scopes

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules for preventive maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in Fanuc controlled CNC machines and other equipment.
• Equipment Installation: Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and service manuals.
• Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Spare Parts Management: Ensure sufficient inventory of spare parts and manage procurement as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in maintenance engineering within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
• Experience with CNC machines (FANUC control), lathes, milling machines, and other precision engineering equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Willing to do overtime

• Hold a Technical Diploma or have equivalent experience in plant and machinery maintenance
• Prefer to have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
