Responsibilities:
Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, servicing and maintaining machinery, equipment and systems both mechanically and electrically.
Responsible for ensuring machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably.
Ability to perform preventive and predictive technical preventive maintenance is necessary.
Maintain a proper machinery asset register to keep track of asset holdings.
To monitor and control maintenance costs, track the costs of labour, supplies and equipment repairs.
Ensure unplanned problems, breakdowns and emergencies are dealt with immediately and their root causes are determined.
Work to maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; complete tasks in a timely manner.
Liaise with OEM, external vendors and operation executives on equipment repair status.
Adhere to EHS compliance.
