Responsibility

As Lorry Driver, you need to carefully check the delivery schedule before delivery every morning. Addition, according to the purchase order and items must be carefully checked before delivery, prepare the delivery order 1 day in advance for delivery the next day. Assist the manager / supervisor in daily tasks.

Job Description
*To drive company vehicles safely and according to established schedules and road.
*Delivery purchase to clients on time and collect payments and issue receipts.
*Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
*Use navigation applications to determine the best route
*Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
*Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
*Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
*Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as per instructed.
*Loading, Unloading and transporting items to clients in a safe, timely manner.
*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
*Able to work in pressure environment and need work under the sun.
*Need work at public holiday, weekend and overtime.
*Work at site, under hot environment
*Working Location: Ubi, 1ST trip will start at 6 am-630am

Requirement
*At least 2 Year(s) working experience and related field are required for this position.
*Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
*Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license or able to take Class 3 Driving License.
*Familiar driving on Singapore roads or able to use GPS
*Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
*Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
*Excellent customer service skills, including communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and teamwork spirit.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Plumbing and Heating team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plumbing and heating projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in plumbing and heating systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Job Description:
*Manage and supervise plumbing and heating projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed according to design specifications, budget, and schedule.
*Lead and mentor a team of plumbers, heating technicians, and apprentices. Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance and productivity.
*Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure that all plumbing and heating installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
*Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing and heating needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any questions or concerns.
*Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure projects are adequately staffed and supplied.
*Monitor project budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
*Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure materials and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time delivery of required items.
*Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
*Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and completion documentation.
*Address and resolve project challenges and issues that may arise during plumbing and heating installations. Develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
*Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in plumbing and heating. Implement improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
*Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
*Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
*Work at site, under hot environment

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
