Job Description:
To perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair works for machines
To test, commission and provide support and training to the end-customer
Replace spare parts and troubleshoot technical issues
Conduct annual maintenance and service sales
Maintain proper service records and spare-parts inventory
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with China Supplier
Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Min 2 years relevant working experience with strong hands-on technical skills
Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams
Willingness to work occasional long hours
Available for occasional overseas travel for training and customer support
