- Regular updates and maintenance of e-commerce websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues, ensuring high functionality and user experience.
- Monitor website performance and inventory
- Update product listings, categories, and promotions as required.
- Implement software patches and updates to e-commerce platforms
- Conduct periodic backups and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and other team members for website improvements/requirements.
- Perform Customer Chat Service Messaging
- Perform quality assurance testing after updates.
- Weekly Reports Required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce web maintenance (min. 1 year).
- Proficiency in shopping / social media platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Required to work weekend if required
