Job Description:
- Overseeing the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance measures to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Developing and managing the budget for facility operations and maintenance, including cost analysis, forecasting, and expenditure tracking to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Liaising with and overseeing service providers and contractors for various facility-related services, such as cleaning, landscaping, HVAC maintenance, and janitorial services, to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Ensuring that buildings and facilities comply with health and safety regulations, including conducting regular inspections, implementing safety protocols, and addressing any issues or violations to maintain a safe environment for occupants.
- Managing security measures and access control systems to protect buildings and their occupants from unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or other security threats, coordinating with security personnel or external security agencies as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 Years of working experience in the related field
- Must possess a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate.
