DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wears applicable PPE at all times
- Ensuring that the site complies with all health and safety regulations
- Performs maintenance duties
- Responding to various maintenance requests
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lightings and other building issues
- Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
- Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
- Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
- Performs standby duty when assigned schedule.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Relevance experience within facilities management
