Key responsibilities

• Inspect and examine aircraft components for leaks, cracks, breaks or other issues.
• Read and utilize maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments.
• Maintain, repair, and rebuild aircraft structures, functional components, and parts such as wings and fuselage, rigging, hydraulic units, oxygen systems, fuel systems, gaskets, and seals.
• Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of equipment’s and aircraft components.
• Interpret specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development or operation activities.
• Perform regular inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions, missing segments and wear
• Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company
• Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines, and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns
• Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance

Qualification / Expertise / Skills

• Minimum ITE holder or GCE ‘O’ Level or Aerospace Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experiences practical and documented aircraft maintenance experience.
• Those with experience on any of the following type B737,A320,Fokker 100 & ATR would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Base Maintenance activities would be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

Qualification / Expertise / Skills

• Minimum NITEC / Higher Nitec , Diploma in Aerospace Electronics / Aerospace Avionics.
• At least 2 years of experiences practical and documented aircraft maintenance experience.
• Those with experience on any of the following types; Fokker 100, ATR, E190 or B737,A320 would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Base Maintenance activities would be an added advantage

Key responsibilities

• To conduct routine checks on building and preventive maintenance of building facilities including electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and sanitary according to authorities’ legislations industry standards (AS9100, ISO14001, 45001, 50001) and company policies.
• Perform minor hands-on preventive corrective maintenance of Production & Facility system such as air compressor, mechanical and electrical systems.
• To supervise service contractor’s work and to issue work permit and ensure that work is done efficiently and effectively.
• Troubleshoot & rectify technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operation
• Active participation in continuous improvement, Workplace Safety & Health activities
• Maintain and upkeep the premise which involves day-to-day management and troubleshooting, including cleanliness & waste disposal management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

Qualification / Expertise / Skills

• Minimum diploma or equivalent study qualification in building related field (building, Facility Management, Mechanical and Electrical)
• Knowledge in Compliance: ISO14001, 45001, 50001, Workplace Safety & Health Act
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Preferably prior experience in Facility (Aircon, lights, sanitary, ..) & Equipment (diesel engine, compressor, …) maintenance knowledge.
• Physically work at height is required.
• Experience to perform simple electrical hands-on works will be added advantage.
• Class 3 driving license, Forklift/Scissor/boomlift license preferred
• Excellent Analytical and problem solving skill
• Good project planning & decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of contracts, feasibility study and business proposal
• Ability to create simple Engineering drawings/sketches for contractors
