Job Title: Machinery Electrician/Mechanic Manager

Location: Johor Senai, Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM5,000

Responsibilities:

1. Machineries / Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on plant facilities and machinery.
   Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, generators, and control systems.
   Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and regulations.
   
2. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission electrical systems and machinery.
   Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
   Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper installation and functionality.
   
3. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
   Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime.
   Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
   
4. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
   Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and standards.
   Participate in safety training and drills.
   
5. Technical Support: Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
   Assist in the training of junior electricians and apprentices.
   Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies and industry best practices.
   

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with Malaysian electrical codes and regulations.
• Certification as a licensed electrician (e.g., Level 3 Electrician).

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with potential for overtime.
• May require working in various environmental conditions, including high noise levels and confined spaces.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
