Responsibilities:

• Perform facilities hook up, equipment installation
• Perform routine checks as per checklists and procedures given for equipment including troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment
• Support production in term of technical know-how.
• Responsible for production safety, ensuring quality products are produced, meeting line-fill, proper housekeeping and WIP stock control.
• To explore & develop new opportunities for production improvement.
• Responsible for QA/ QC functions within the plant.
• Participate in evaluating and recommending quality plans, standards and procedures in fulfilment of customers and internal quality expectations.
• Responsible for operating of scrubber and bag filter operation
• Monitor scrubber and bag filter’s daily performance records and ensure normal operation of such facilities
• Other tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Nitec and above.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Good knowledge and understanding on mechanical, electrical and electronic manufacturing systems
• Takes ownership and initiative within their job scope
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License
• Ability to work well in a team

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels.
• Manage the distribution of work orders within the Technical Support Team
• Provide Technical support machines in the factory(preferably knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of crushing machines etc).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issue
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction related to machinery operations.
• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and performance metrics.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance work and maintain necessary spare parts
• Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by your Superior.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is often required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with machinery are typically necessary to qualify for a technical supervisor role.
• Problem-Solving skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions, provide training, collaborate with other departments, and communicate with management.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines is important for technical supervisors.
