Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise vendors performing maintenance and repair works, ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct thorough daily equipment inspections and verify checklists to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure periodic maintenance by vendors is executed effectively, adhering to established procedures and schedules.
- Manage power and rack provisioning for customers, handle service requests, process equipment deliveries, and address customer complaints efficiently.
- Prepare detailed monthly progress reports for customers, consolidate utility billing, and maintain updated CAD drawings for Data Centre and MEP systems.
- Provide 24x7 first-level response to M&E incidents and perform remote-hands services as needed.
- Install, troubleshoot, and de-install cross-connect cabling, and manage project fit-out and A&A works.
- Embrace green practices and employ environmentally sound solutions to enhance facility operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Integrated Facility Design & Management or a related field.
- Relevant Data Centre training (e.g., Uptime Institute, DCD, EPI, CNET Data Centre courses).
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within critical environment facilities, with strong technical knowledge in facilities management.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and single-line diagrams. Proficiency in writing SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and facility project management is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends. Strong customer orientation, effective report writing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
