about the job
- Leader of the Quality Department
- Oversee the inspections of aircraft MRO activities
- Develop quality control mannual and adhere to NAA's Part 145 regulation
- Drive the implementation of process control in critical process that will impact product quality
- Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on product quality and manufacturing processes
- Oversee Project Management and Maintenance Planning activities
- Conduct monthly Q&S meeting with management team for continuous improvement
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree in Aviation / Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the aviation manufacturing environment
- Lead auditor for quality ISO9001 / ISO 9100
- Extensive Experience in aviation quality management
- Hold a CAAS Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License
- Willing to work around seletr area
