Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, controlling, preventive method and directing in all maintenance activities and implementing Preventive Maintenance on all plants equipment and other maintenance projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general servicing, maintenance & troubleshooting of chiller water type air-conditioning systems and provide solutions to fix the issues
- Service and repair all electrical and mechanical equipment such as meters, starters, switch gears, fittings, wiring, vacuum machines, cables and all electrical operated machines throughout the club
- Able to run new wiring and cables, all electrical fittings, lighting points, power points, fuse boxes, isolators, etc
- Observe / report / rectify any equipment, switch gears or wiring circuits which are not functioning properly including MCB, SSB and ACB
- Any ad-hoc work as assigned by Management
