We are seeking a skilled Robot Technician for our on-site operations, to manage safety, and uphold the high standards of service our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Work at Height Safety Management:
- Oversee work-at-height protocols as a certified "Manage Work at Height" personnel.
- Conduct toolbox meetings to brief team members on safety measures.
- Ensure proper setup of fall protection systems, including harnesses and safety lines.
- Open and close work permits, maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.
Solar Panel Cleaning Operations:
- Operate and manage SolarCleano robotic cleaning systems to ensure optimal cleaning results.
- Monitor equipment performance, reporting any technical issues to minimize downtime.
Driving Duties:
- Share driving responsibilities (Class 3/3a license required) to transport the team and equipment while adherence to company driving policies.
Client Liaison and Site Safety Supervision:
- Serve as the main on-site contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns.
Robot Maintenance:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance during downtime or adverse weather.
- Update and maintain comprehensive maintenance logs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Secondary/Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant working experience preferably in solar related projects
- Proven experience in technical roles, ideally involving robotics or solar energy systems.
- Certified in "Manage Work at Height" or equivalent safety standards preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Class 3/3a driving license and ability to work in outdoor environments.
- Excellent ethics and positive learning attitude
- Team player and enjoys interactions with people
- Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours as and when required
- Able to commence work within short notice.

Job Details, Salary & Benefits:
- Working Hours : 8.30am to 5.00pm (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
- Workdays : 5 days per week,
- Any work on Saturday/Sundays/rest day will be by agreement between the parties from time to time
- Travel : Must be able to travel to multiple locations across Singapore
- Uniform : Provided (top & bottom)
- Basic Salary : S$2100.00, salary will be reviewed after 3 month’s successful probation and an Annual review on Job performance after confirmation.
- You will be entitled to a 13th Month payment is also known as the Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) after one full year of service. This will be equivalent of one month’s basic and is separate from performance bonuses.

Additional Information:
- Training will be provided on the job
