We’re searching for a Director to be part of our Facilities diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to establish systems/guidance in sustaining and improving all equipment performance indices to meet operations goals.
What you will be working on:
- Ensure continuous key infrastructure and utilities services supply to meet production demands
- Process requests, verify problems & challenges, sorting out solutions and engaging internal technical team and/or vendors to implement the solutions
- Ensure that all facilities maintenance activities are planned and executed properly and always maintained to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Formulate and implement operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs for systems to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times
- Monitor and review system performance and capacity usage to ensure continuity of cleanroom operations with zero disruptions
- Review, recommend and implement changes to workflow to achieve company and department goals in relation to cost saving and operational improvement
- Participate in the expansion facility and continuous improvement projects
- Perform/support quality investigations in a timely and thorough manner
- Work closely with Operations and Quality team ensuring optimal plant performance
- Lead in troubleshooting issues and drive root cause analysis
- Manage periodic reporting on status of all key activities
- Ensure plant complies with internal SOPs, external regulatory and EHS requirements
- Lead companywide Environmental, health and safety requirements
- Support any other duties as assigned by management
More About You:
- Master/Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic)
- Min 15 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab environment
- Experience in senior management position preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Cleanroom systems, UPW, Chemical and Gas systems
- Good knowledge of facilities management
- Good knowledge of EHS requirements and ISO standards
