Utilising the latest state of the art technologies in 3D and XR we aim to deliver immersive and awesome experiences.

We would provide on-site training and no experience in 3D / 360 is required.

Min. 1 year working experience & has experience in the following fields photography, videography, drone operations preferable.

We are looking for someone independant with a great attitude and willingness to learn to:

• 3D capture and scan process on-site.
• Trimming and processing of the final capture.
• Liaise with the customer, providing insight and sharing experience of capturing a high quality virtual model.
• Post-processing and preparing the virtual model; tagging with text, media, graphics.
• Ensuring 3D scan capture is without defects.
• Assist and back-up the raw capture scans for back-up.
• Deliver tasks and projects assigned by the project manager within specified, approved schedules.

Qualities we look out for:

• Good work ethics; being punctual and delivery of assigned projects within deadlines.
• Good communication skills with a good command of English.
• Attention to detail across assigned tasks and projects.
• Working knowledge of Matterport, 3D related software is a plus.

BIM Modeller

• Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday – Friday), Saturday may need work half day (can claim OT) 8:30am -5:30pm

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural / structural) using Revit and ensuring that design and detail confirms to project construction.
• Assist Project Team by providing timely BIM Coordination and best knowledge with accurate information for construction.
• To extract information from 3D Revit and develop the shop-drawings and resolve discrepancies in the drawings with Engineering Department & Project Team.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant's needs / request.
• Develop As-built drawing for submission / handover for project completion to client / consultants.
• To assist with Tender Bids / Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• To attend Technical / BIM meeting when required.
• Ensure all required drawing is completed on-time.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and post-process the tool path data into machine specific codes for multi-axis computer numerical control (CNC) machining
• Create prototypes using 3D printing technology
• Consult with the design team regularly to understand the aesthetics of the design and the effect the designers are trying to achieve
• Produce 3D models of 2D designs for presentation purposes
• Conduct extensive research to identify machinery and technology that can make the manufacturing process more efficient and produce interesting effects

Requirements:

• Experiences in Rhino/Fusion360/Solidworks/Keyshot softwares
