Provide technical assistance, and handle emergency breakdowns of building facilities and IT equipment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspects work for completeness
- Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used
- Coordinates inspect, repair and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, bar equipment, and IT networking system and server
- Maintains, and troubleshoots security system, analog camera, digital camera, monitor, switchers and DVR system
- Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities
- Coordinates and inspects major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, central air conditioning system and IT system
- Performs preventive maintenance on IT and building equipment
- Assists with the preparation and control of production budgets; maintains inventory and orders specialized supplies
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Result orientated with strong working relationship
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Decisive, driven and able to deliver efficient solutions
- Knowledge of facility equipment in a similar industry
- Great eye for detail
