Job Description & Requirements

• Report all facilities issues on site to Senior Facilites Executive/Facilities Executive
• Monitor the progress of scheduled contractors' works such as landscaping & pest control (monthly & weekly schedule)
• Monitor cleaner work scope on sites
• Carry out weekly inspection with checklist together with Senior Facilites Executive/Facilities Executive on site the cleaning services provided
• Any other duty assigned

• Involved in overall maintenance of premise, machinery, visual equipment and fixtures.
• Investigates, check and analyze breakdowns and aults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Liaising and sourcing vendors for quotations and monitor contractors on projects and rectifications works.
• Implementation of risk assessment & control including safety and regulatory compliance.
• Updating of preventive maintenance records like checklist history card
• Assist in ad-hoc work related duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle installation & commissioning of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems.
• Schedule & respond to preventive & corrective maintenance of UPS
• Project co-ordination
• To carry out troubleshooting and repair works if necessary.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Data Centre environment preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Possess Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and a team player
• Class 3 Driving License preferred

• Salary will commensurate according to Candidates’ Work Experience & Qualifications)
• Basic + AWS + variable Bonus + other duty Allowances
• 5 work day week (rostered, Non overnight)
