RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the DC facilities with the objective of achieving uninterrupted availability at all times and to ensure the fulfillment of our service commitment to customers.
• Support service delivery to ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
• Perform routine facilities activities including inventory control. Critical systems checks and functional testing. Able to respond and take action in response to facilities crisis management activities including: power outages, fire alarms, HVAC outages. Analyze data and identify trends with facility issues to determine root cause and take appropriate action.
• Respond to BMS/EMS alerts, investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations and be on standby duty as required.
• Provide technical support to all aspects of data center operations including the operation, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems supporting a 24x7 data center operation to achieve 100% uptime and 100% compliance with all customer SLAs.
• Assist in all site construction activities and installations, in coordination with external contractors to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards. Witness testing of all equipment during commissioning and validate sequence of operations and receipt of all operational documentation.
• Support for customer installations, in coordination with the design & construction as well as operations requirements to coordinate customer move-in and turn-on, and other service request & deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with local workplace safety & health (WHS) standards and local electrical and building codes.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP), method of procedures (MOP), and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process.
• Participate in the scheduling, coordination and completion all significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility and ensure these activities are executed in a controlled and proven method to ensure the reliability of the critical loads supported by these systems.
• Support various accreditation, certification and compliance initiatives such as BCA-IDA Green Mark DC/QMS/ISMS/BCMS/PCIDSS/OSPAR, etc as may be required.

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification

The role of an Accident and Repair Assistance Manager is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction in the automotive service industry. Some key purposes and responsibilities of this role:

1. Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing the day-to-day activities of the repair and service department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Customer Service: Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the repair process.
3. Damage Assessment: Evaluating the extent of damage to vehicles and coordinating with technicians to develop repair plans.
4. Claims Management: Working closely with insurance companies to manage and resolve accident claims, ensuring a smooth recovery process for clients.
5. Staff Management: Supervising and training staff to maintain high service standards and improve overall team performance
6. Documentation and Reporting: Keeping detailed records of all repair activities, customer interactions, and claims for future reference and legal purposes.
7. Negotiation: Negotiating with third parties, such as body shops and suppliers, to ensure cost-effective and timely repairs

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the workflow, organizing and supervising the Accident Repair team to follow company's SOP.
2. Claims Management as measured through aggressive action plans and overall supervision.
3. Assist in problem solving; provide guidance and training to staff
4. Work closely with other department managers to ensure the efficiency and effective resolution of issues.
5. Good management skills set in controlling cost saving.
6. Review tariffs and negotiate contract terms with service providers and continuously strive to improve the contract terms and conditions in favour of the company.
7. Other adhoc duties as assigned by Management.

Skills Required

Experience Required

3. Customer Service Experience: Background in customer service roles, demonstrating the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts
4. Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on achieving operational goals and maintaining high service standards

Facilities Management (FM)

• Develop, implement, monitor and accountable for policies and procedures for maintaining the organization’s facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and manage all facility-related projects and renovations including construction of new facilities. Ensure the safety and security of all facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the timely negotiation and renewal of facility-related contracts and government permits and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to facilities and equipment, by driving and collaborating with stakeholders to implement and practice safety guidelines. To follow up on the audit findings and recommendations resulting from any regulatory authorities.
• Develop and lead in implementing and monitoring emergency management and in Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Bio-Medical Engineer (BME)

• Develop, implement, monitor and accountable for the efficient and effective management and routine preventive maintenance of medical equipment and devices of the various departments.
• Evaluate, select and recommend contractors/vendors to ensure optimal preventive maintenance of all medical equipment and devices, including its required annual budgeting
• Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of machines / equipment.
• Carry out maintenance work in accordance with the maintenance schedule and update all daily, monthly and yearly maintenance checklists accurately.
• Attend machine / equipment breakdowns in a timely and effective manner to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all machine & equipment repairs and maintenance records in accordance with ISO requirements.
• Other duties as and when assigned by management.
