Condominium located near Yew Tee MRT area has a vacancy for the above position. You will be deployed on site, to ensure the daily operations of the equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Assist the Condominium Manager in the daily operations of the equipment and facilities.

• Conduct regular inspection, trouble shooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance work.

• Attend to feedback by residents, take remedial actions or recommend course of action to the Condominium Manager.

• Any other handyman assignments directed by the Management.

• Co-operate with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
