As an Facilities Management Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee and maintain facilities at assigned clinics by collaborating with contractors and vendors in adherence to all rules and regulations.
- Ensure preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance is completed to meet required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and contractor performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Gather and consolidate user requirements for projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain proper administration and documentation to support all maintenance activities and projects.
- Assist in ensuring facility management and security meet ESS and OHSAS certification standards.
- Respond to alarms or critical faults.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Possess a Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering in related field
- Possess a Fire Safety Manager certification will be an advantage.
