Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate, and guide a team of contractors in executing scheduled and on-demand maintenance tasks.
• Direct and support the operations team in handling the day-to-day management, upkeep, and servicing of the property and its facilities.
• Administer facility-related functions, including asset improvement, contractor oversight, client communication, and operational management.
• Address client feedback and service inquiries while coordinating with contractors on maintenance-related issues.
• Gather, review, and interpret operational data and reports to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Demonstrate expertise in fire safety protocols and lead fire and emergency response drills.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or clients.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (M&E), Building Science, Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in facilities management.
• Diploma in M&E, Building Science, Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
• Prior experience working in China is an advantage.
• Job Location: Shanghai, China.
• Must be willing to be based and work full-time in Shanghai, China.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and resilience under pressure.
• Solid technical expertise in M&E systems and building maintenance operations.
